Welcome to Talepoint Books. By browsing this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. We're a small, family-run shop based in Georgia, United States, selling books, hand-drawn cards, and stationery.

Ordering & acceptance

You do not need an account to shop — checkout is handled as a guest through Stripe. Placing an order is an offer to buy; an order is accepted once we confirm and charge it. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any amount charged in that case.

Pricing, payment & sales tax

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never receive your full card details. Applicable sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout via Stripe Tax based on your shipping address. Shipping charges are shown before you pay.

Shipping

We ship only within the United States. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed — many items ship via USPS Media Mail, which does not provide delivery tracking confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Cards, bookmarks, and any opened plastic-wrapped book are final sale; a book is returnable only in its original, intact, undamaged wrapping; customers pay return shipping; and refunds are issued only after we receive the item and verify its condition. Product descriptions & availability

We try to describe and picture every item accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly, and hand-drawn items are individually made. Availability can change without notice. Some titles link out to third-party retailers; we aren't responsible for purchases made on those sites.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

Please use this site for lawful, personal shopping only. The site's content — including our artwork, product photos, and text — belongs to Talepoint Books or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site; nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. We may update them from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
